For this Spring/Summer 2022 collection, Sophie Mechaly offers us a return to the fundamental values of her creation. From her childhood wardrobe to the wise uniform spirit, the designer delivers a subtle interpretation. Maxi smocked dresses mutate into jumpsuits, flower prints are tinted two-tone and iconic babies are enhanced with platforms. The clean and extremely meticulous cuts give way to a typically English rebellion, freedom and eccentricity to give way to a few watercolor silhouettes on silk crepe de chine. Their psychedelic floral decor contrasted with a blue sky and dotted with weirdos cats elegantly salute Japan, the brand's heartland.
