The "try before you buy" service allows you to order your items, try them for free at home, and only pay for the ones you decide to keep.

1. To benefit from this service, you just need to choose Elyn at checkout.
2. You will receive your order without being charged.
3. After receiving your order, you will have a 5-day trial period to try the items at your home.
4. At the end of your trial period, you will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
5. You then have 3 business days to return the items you wish to return.

To complete your order, you will need to provide your payment information but do not you will not be charged.

Your bank account will be debited at the end of your 5-day trial period or when you indicate the items you wish to keep.

For security reasons, Elyn submits a pre-authorization request to your bank to verify your payment information. Your payment information are perfectly secure and subject to 3D Secure by the payment provider Stripe.

Your trial period begins the day after receiving your order.

You then have 5 days calendars to try on your items and choose the ones you want to keep and return.

Before your trial period expires, you can access the return interface to specify the items you wish to return.

If we do not hear from you by the end of your trial period, we will assume that you wish to keep all the items you ordered and you will then be charged the full amount of your order.

This service made available to you allows you to try on your items just like in a fitting room in a store.

Do not remove the label, and especially do not wear the items during the day.

Any item returned without a tag, damaged, broken, or soiled will be refused and charged to you.

To benefit from the Try Before You Buy service, the total amount of your order must be less than €1,500 with a delivery address in Metropolitan France.

Only Visa, Mastercard, and Cartes Bancaires payment cards issued in France are accepted.

Prepaid cards, virtual cards, cards with systematic authorization (e.g. Maestro, Electron, or Revolut), and American Express are not accepted to benefit from the "try before you buy" service.

Nothing could be simpler! To make a return, just log in to the return interface, you can access it via:

1- The following link using your order number and email address: https://return.elyn.io/paulandjoe

2- A link included in the email confirming the delivery of your items.

Select the items you wish to return and confirm your return.

You will receive an email containing your return label and will have 3 business days to drop off your packages at the Post Office.

Without returning the return package within the allotted time, you will be charged for the amount of the items to be returned.

Of course, all returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you, that is to say like new !

Any item returned without a tag, damaged, broken, or soiled will not be accepted. You will be charged for this item and it will be sent back to you at your expense.
