Spring Essentials by Sophie

With Spring well established and the random temperatures from hot to cold, I keep a positive attitude while surrounding myself with products and pieces that I particularly like. So I present to you my spring essentials to share with you my little beauty, fashion and feel-good secrets.

Makeup for a fresh complexion

I apply an emollient and moisturizing lotion then my day cream. I then use one of my favorite products: the moisturizing makeup base based on natural plant extracts and hyaluronic acid. Its sweet smell of orange blossom is perfect for the season. For makeup, I start with the eyes. In this season, we want a light and fresh makeup, so I opt for a luminous eyeshadow . To have a healthy glow and chewable cheeks, I have a miracle product: gel blush . Its melting texture, easy to apply as well as its natural finish make it an essential part of my makeup bag. I finish with a tinted lipstick to plump my lips and a few sprays of an orange blossom scented mist .

The favorite spring blouse

The NOUNOURS shirt in 100% silk and made in France. With its light colors and its print reminiscent of childhood, it's a piece that I love to pair with jeans like our PHIL . It is perfect for going to the office, walking in the park or in town. It's my mid-season must-have.

Sophie's good address

The JK Place. This hotel in the heart of the 7th arrondissement of Paris is one of my favorite addresses! Whether it's the chic modern decoration of the rooms or the delicious cuisine of Casa Tua, the glass-roofed restaurant offering dishes from Northern Italy. My favorite dish ? The Nerano Linguines are to die for, as is the artisanal truffle Burrata.

The music of the moment

I never get tired of listening to "Harvest Moon" by Poolside. It is both relaxing and energizing. As much in the car as in the morning when I get ready or in the evening during a drink with friends.
