These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “ToU”) govern the legal framework of the provision of the website and services by MANEKI and define the conditions of access and use of the services by the “User.”

These ToU are accessible on the website under the section “ToU.”
Any registration or use of the website implies the unconditional acceptance of these ToU by the User. When registering on the site via the registration form, each User expressly accepts these ToU by checking the box preceding the following statement: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the ToU and I accept them.”

In the event of non-acceptance of the ToU provided for in this agreement, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered by the website. www.paulandjoe.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these ToU at any time.

The website www.paulandjoe.com provides the User with free access to the following services:
The website offers the following services: purchase of clothing, stationery, tableware, accessories, and beauty products.

The website is accessible free of charge in any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their own expense.

Non-member Users do not have access to reserved services. To do so, they must register by completing the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their identity and contact details, particularly their email address.
To access the services, the User must then log in using the username and password provided to them after registration.
Any regularly registered member User may also request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in their personal space. This will take effect within a reasonable time.

Trademarks, logos, signs, and all content of the website (texts, images, sounds, etc.) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and more specifically by copyright law.

The Paul & Joe brand is a registered trademark of Sophie Mechaly. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this trademark, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.
