Would you like to return an item delivered outside of France?

The risks and return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer*.

For any return within the right of withdrawal, the following procedure must be fully respected:

1/Please fill in the Delivery Note enclosed with your package in the designated boxes, along with the reason for the return and the quantities returned.

2/Pack the product(s) to be returned carefully and include the duly completed Delivery Note. The package should be sent to the following address:Customer Service Paul and Joe 14 rue Commines 75003 ParisProducts must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories in their original condition.
Returns are free in Metropolitan France.

*Subject to the above-mentioned conditions, Maneki will refund the total amount including taxes of the order to the Customer (Product price and delivery charges). The Customer's bank account will be credited with said amount within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Products by Maneki.
